Reproduce and troubleshoot customer issues, write safe T-SQL correction scripts, investigate defects across layers, lead small-to-medium projects, mentor junior engineers, collaborate with Architecture, DevOps, Product, and QA, and continuously improve code quality, performance, and engineering practices.
