Designs and manages scalable AWS infrastructure, including VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and EKS. Develops Terraform infrastructure as code, improves CI/CD and cloud-native application delivery, and implements monitoring, logging, and alerting. Leads incident response, troubleshooting, security controls, and operational improvements while mentoring junior engineers and evaluating emerging AWS technologies.

Install and maintain hardware, software, SaaS applications, office networks, and IT infrastructure. Troubleshoot user hardware and software issues, manage support tickets, onboard new hires, train users, support office equipment, maintain corporate asset inventories, coordinate with vendors, monitor systems and security logs, and assist with information security audits.
