Manage end-to-end EOR partner payroll processing for North America, ensuring accurate payments, regulatory compliance, and data security. Develop payroll procedures, lead and train payroll specialists, collaborate with operations, accounting, vendors, and external stakeholders, analyze payroll trends, improve efficiency, and support payroll strategy.
