Manage multiple analytics engagements and a team, integrate and prepare datasets, apply data science methods to generate recommendations, communicate findings, and set team development objectives while staying current on industry trends.

Lead BI solution design and delivery across the full development lifecycle. Architect data layers, build data models, develop complex dashboards and ad-hoc datasets, and collaborate with DBAs, developers, data stewards and end users. Act as the reporting SME and primary client-facing contact for BI solutions.

Lead business transformation in a portfolio area by modeling current and target enterprise business models, supporting senior architects with problem analysis, applying governance and standards, and building business architecture frameworks and tools.

Lead insights and analysis for assigned clients by applying data science methods, managing multiple analytics engagements, preparing and integrating datasets, communicating findings, and developing the analytics team through training and escalation management.

This role leads AEM technical excellence and innovation, providing architectural oversight and fostering high-performance teams while driving AI integration and best practices.
