Identifies new business opportunities, develops strategic growth plans, generates and qualifies leads, conducts software demonstrations and discovery, proposes solutions, negotiates contracts, and closes ERP sales. The role also manages client relationships, analyzes markets and competitors, collaborates cross-functionally, and drives customer acquisition while meeting sales targets.

Manage strategic, high-value customer accounts by building relationships, driving adoption and retention, developing success plans, conducting business reviews, monitoring customer health, preventing churn, and identifying growth opportunities. Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support while advocating for customers and providing feedback to improve the product and overall customer experience.
