Provide L3 product and production support including build and release management, environment administration, deployments, source control maintenance, CRM (JIRA) administration, automation of operational procedures, and ad hoc administrative tasks supporting client deliveries and onsite consultant logistics.

Provide advanced project coordination and PMO support for transformation initiatives: maintain plans, RAID logs, status reports, and decision logs; prepare SteerCo and governance reviews; produce executive reporting; enforce governance and controls; support audits; coordinate stakeholders, meetings, communications, and adoption activities; enable AI-assisted tools for reporting, documentation, and planning.

Provide L2/L3 production support for Temenos banking products (FCM), manage incidents within SLAs, perform RCA and debugging, verify fixes, support deployments/upgrades, communicate with clients, and create automation and knowledge artifacts to reduce MTTR.
