Manage a mid-size international voice contact center team (100–200 employees), ensure high-quality customer support via calls, troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, drive CSAT, build reports/presentations, and work US-shift rotational schedules in-office.

The Team Manager Customer Experience provides support to customers through calls, resolves queries, and builds trust to achieve high satisfaction scores.

Provide technical pre-sales solutioning and architecture for contact center technologies. Support sales to close deals through presentations, demos, prototypes, and POCs; assess client environments, document requirements, defend solution costs, and act as primary technical contact through implementation while collaborating with sales, development, and support teams.
