Lead regional sales and service activities for John Crane products across Southern and Eastern regions. Manage and develop a sales team, drive market penetration and channel growth, build key end-user and OEM relationships, provide technical sales support, oversee service contracts and field service engineers, and coordinate with internal teams on forecasting, contracts, and localization efforts to achieve sales targets.
