The Forward Deployed Engineer will own customer integrations, design and implement solutions, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to ensure successful engagement and product adoption.

Produce deep technical tutorials and documentation for engineers building AI agents and memory layers. Read code and research, test examples locally, turn engineers' drafts into polished, accurate developer-focused articles, and maintain product docs.
