Lead project delivery for industrial, science, and semiconductor construction projects: manage programmes, schedules, procurement, stakeholders, site coordination, compliance, safety, and reporting. Coach junior staff, oversee consultants and contractors, run progress meetings, and maintain project documentation to ensure milestones, quality, cost and statutory approvals are met.

Manage and implement QA/QC systems for semiconductor construction projects: review designs, audit contractors, verify QA/QC execution, track NCRs, support mock-ups, commissioning, root-cause analysis, training, and continuous improvement.

Support delivery of project management services across the project lifecycle: research, documentation, scheduling, monitoring, change control, stakeholder liaison, meeting minutes, and reporting to ensure project progress and communication.

Manage commercial and contractual administration of EPC contracts during engineering, procurement, and fabrication. Serve as primary contractual interface with EPC contractor, oversee obligations, changes, claims, risk mitigation, performance monitoring, and stakeholder collaboration. Produce contract reports, risk registers, and executive decision papers.
