Manage and enable channel partners to acquire new business for telecom services (MPLS, SIP, PRI, mobile, data center). Drive partner productivity, training, business planning, demand generation, large-deal support, policy adherence, and customer issue resolution to meet EPPC and AOP targets.

Owns regional partner management, customer renewals, and B2B sales growth for cloud, SaaS, productivity, and security solutions. Responsibilities include lead generation, new customer acquisition, sales presentations, proposals, pricing and contract negotiations, RFP responses, competitive research, go-to-market planning, and achievement of sales KPIs. The role also motivates channel partners, optimizes partner performance, and develops strategies to increase market share.

Owns end-to-end telecom billing and BSS architecture across charging, rating, mediation, billing, payments, collections, revenue assurance, product catalog, CPQ, ordering, provisioning, and OSS integrations. Defines target-state and cloud-native modernization strategies, migration plans, APIs, events, data flows, and architecture standards. Leads design governance, vendor evaluations, stakeholder discussions, and implementation direction for large telecom transformation programs.
