The role connects information across teams, anticipates priorities, manages operational details, prepares agendas and pre-reads, summarizes discussions, and ensures commitments are completed. Strong initiative, follow-through, written English, and basic Excel skills are required; fresh graduates are welcome.

Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles, including job postings, candidate screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, and documentation. Handle onboarding, employee records, exit formalities, employee engagement, and learning and development initiatives. Support office administration by maintaining an organized workspace and assisting with visitors, guests, and meetings.
