Cover events, businesses, creators, and cultural experiences across Jaipur and Rajasthan. Develop visual narratives, motion graphics, branded templates, and mobile-first edits while collaborating with writers and editors. Participate in creative brainstorming, track visual and audio trends, and deliver fast-turnaround content with strong storytelling, editing, color, audio, and captioning skills.

Manage Cityscope’s social media presence across multiple platforms, including content creation, scheduling, community moderation, trend monitoring, paid advertising, campaign execution, newsletter support, and performance reporting. Develop social strategies, build audience engagement, track channel metrics, coordinate approvals, and collaborate with creative and content teams to grow the brand and execute community-focused campaigns.

Own product positioning, messaging, go-to-market strategy, launches, campaigns, onboarding, and adoption initiatives across users, creators, businesses, and city partners. Conduct market and customer research, develop segment playbooks, create marketing collateral, optimize activation and retention funnels, and collaborate with product, growth, design, content, and business teams. The role will establish Cityscope’s product marketing function and support mobile-first platform growth.

Develop and execute monetization models, pilot revenue initiatives, analyze conversion and market data, manage budgets, identify business partnerships, and collaborate on growth plans. The role turns data into actionable business insights, communicates findings to stakeholders, and supports strategic decisions that drive revenue and expansion.

Contributors develop original local content for Cityscope, including articles, news stories, profiles, opinion pieces, photo collections, videos, illustrations, and data visualizations. Submissions should be engaging, typically 500–1,000 words for articles or up to four minutes for videos, with appropriately sourced media. Contributors submit work through Google Docs or Drive, retain ownership rights, and receive byline credit if published.

Lead regional sales growth by identifying prospects, generating and closing B2B opportunities, developing client relationships, pitching SaaS and business solutions, negotiating contracts, tracking sales activity, and executing market-based sales strategies. The role also manages and coaches sales representatives, supports team development, monitors customer satisfaction, and reports on performance.

Develop and execute content and communication strategies across campaigns, social media, microsites, events, newsletters, and creator partnerships. Write brand, campaign, B2B, product, and social copy while maintaining a consistent voice. Build audiences across Instagram, WhatsApp, and newsletters; support city launches; create partner-facing content; and develop repeatable AI-assisted content workflows and distribution systems.

Build and manage online and offline communities across social platforms. Develop community strategy, recruit and support creators, foster stakeholder relationships, organize engagement initiatives, identify partnerships, gather user feedback, represent the brand voice, and coordinate with product and support teams. Plan social campaigns, create and schedule content, track community KPIs, and report on trends, sentiment, and campaign performance.

Develop AI-powered product features for local discovery, including personalized recommendations, content curation, search, and ranking. Build data pipelines by scraping, cleaning, and structuring datasets for machine learning models. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to integrate AI into the platform, while continuously improving machine learning capabilities and user experiences.

Source and onboard local businesses, creators, and service providers; generate leads; build partner relationships; pitch and negotiate agreements; follow up to close deals; develop partnership strategies; and support partner success. The role also collaborates with marketing and content teams on campaigns, while meeting measurable onboarding and engagement targets.
