Performs detailed piping stress and flexibility analyses for offshore, process, LNG, FPSO, and fixed-platform systems. Develops piping specifications, support designs, special piping calculations, drawings, requisitions, and plant layout comments. Evaluates fatigue, blast, FPSO hog and sag, AIV/FIV, and structural considerations. Uses Caesar II and Navis Model, guides junior engineers, supports multicenter project execution, and ensures compliance with safety, performance, and regulatory requirements.

Processes global supplier onboarding using KBR systems, manages onboarding requests, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders, gathers required information, tracks workflow completion, and escalates issues. The role maintains procurement processes, procedures, training materials, and portal requests while supporting continuous improvement, target achievement, team collaboration, and stakeholder communication.

Performs entry-level project controls activities, including tracking costs and workhours, analyzing variances and schedules, supporting forecasts and cash flow, administering change control, monitoring milestones, coordinating procurement priorities, and preparing project-level financial or customer reports.

Controls project budgets, forecasts, ETC/EAC, accruals, invoicing, cost and revenue reporting, variance analysis, and engineering-hour productivity. Manages project planning and controls for major offshore oil and gas developments. Maintains Primavera P6 schedule coding, logic, milestones, baselines, critical paths, progress updates, forecasts, progress curves, and schedule reporting across multiple project levels. Coordinates schedule reviews, discipline inputs, procurement interfaces, change impacts, and progress measurement while resolving schedule alignment issues and supporting project management reporting.

Leads project cost control across multiple projects by analyzing spending against budgets and forecasts, managing cost systems, preparing cash flow forecasts, validating contract-based costs, implementing change and earned value processes, and facilitating performance reviews. Provides cost trend analysis, process improvements, and guidance to less experienced team members while coordinating with accounting, project teams, and clients.

Manages the full subcontracting lifecycle, including supplier qualification, proposal requests and evaluation, contract negotiations, subcontract administration, invoice processing, variations, claims, and closeouts. Coordinates with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients while ensuring compliance with procedures, budgets, and project plans. Provides guidance to less experienced staff and improves subcontracting processes using sound judgment and industry knowledge.

Leads piping design activities for onshore and offshore projects, developing plot plans and equipment layouts, optimizing layouts, preparing material take-offs, reviewing vendor packages, checking isometrics, modeling supports, and guiding junior designers. Ensures piping design integrity and supports project execution. Requires strong knowledge of mechanical handling, conceptual layouts, support selection, ISO checking, and back drafting.

Expedites equipment, materials, and supplier documentation for EPC, PMC, FEED, DE, and pre-FEED projects. Tracks purchase orders, schedules, documentation approvals, and supplier milestones using IPMS and Documentum. Coordinates meetings with suppliers and project teams, maintains records, supports construction teams with OSDQ issues, and confirms milestone completion for payments. Requires supplier coordination, schedule management, communication skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and an engineering degree.
