Develop, support and maintain Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Cloud ERP technical solutions for Finance modules. Produce RF designs and assessments, implement wireless security (WIDS/WIPS), RTLS, QoS and wired network support. Create detailed network diagrams and low-level design documentation; communicate with stakeholders.

Lead and develop a global Project Coordinator (PC) team within the PMO. Ensure PMO standards, financial hygiene, and delivery rigor across projects. Coach, mentor, and train PCs, manage staffing and utilization, oversee quality assurance of PC deliverables, track schedule/scope/financial performance, and collaborate with sales, solution leads, and delivery teams to drive continuous improvement and successful project outcomes.

Supports clients, leads major incident resolution, maintains knowledge articles, mentors lower-tier staff, follows ITIL processes, and participates in a 24x7 on-call rotation.
