Leads the strategic architecture, lifecycle planning, security design, and modernization of Gartner’s global enterprise, hybrid-cloud, campus, data center, and event networks. Defines reference architectures, roadmaps, standards, and automation strategies; designs routing, switching, wireless, load balancing, Palo Alto security, SASE, SD-WAN, AWS, and Azure connectivity. Acts as the highest escalation point for complex infrastructure issues, partners with cross-functional technology teams, and mentors network engineering teams.

Lead reliability, resilience, and performance for global CDN and edge platforms. Design multi-CDN architectures, traffic steering, failover, IaC, observability, edge compute, and security (WAF/DDoS). Drive incident response, capacity planning, SLOs, automation, chaos engineering, and cross-team partnerships while participating in on-call rotations and platform governance.

Develops thought leadership and actionable research on HR functional transformation, strategic planning, and HR technology for CHROs and senior HR leaders. Provides individualized client advice, presentations, conference content, sales support, and market analysis. Establishes credibility as an HR industry expert, mentors analysts, improves research processes, and collaborates across Gartner’s global Insights community. Travel may be required up to 25%.

Leads research and advisory work on HR technology, with emphasis on talent management, learning and development, recruiting, and AI-enabled solutions. Develops independent market insights, evaluates vendors and emerging technologies, advises CHROs and senior clients, supports technology selection and strategy, and delivers presentations, briefings, and conference content. The role also includes peer collaboration, content review, mentoring junior analysts, and up to 25% regional and global travel.
