Design and optimize electro-mechanical enclosures, racks and cabinets from concept to production. Create 3D CAD models, drawings and BOMs; perform thermal, structural, vibration and CFD/FEM analysis; drive DFM/DFA/DFMEA; support prototyping, testing, certification and product qualification; collaborate with electrical, controls, manufacturing and sourcing; ensure compliance and continuous improvement through testing, root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
