Owns the transition of optical pluggable products from concept through high-volume manufacturing. Responsibilities include design-for-manufacturing and assembly, PFMEA, process qualification, production ramp-up, tooling and fixture development, mechanical component reviews, thermal considerations, and creation of manufacturing documentation. The role coordinates Product Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and related teams while supporting OSFP, OSFP-XD, and QSFP-DD optical transceiver platforms.

Architect coherent optical pluggable products for packet-optical telecommunications systems. Define product requirements and system architecture, collaborate with ASIC, optical, hardware, and software teams, lead cross-functional architecture efforts, evaluate customer and feature requests, validate optical control algorithms and performance monitoring, and document product concepts and specifications.

The engineer collaborates with mechanical, electrical, optics, manufacturing, signal integrity, and reliability teams to ensure power, temperature, and product reliability requirements are met.

Own structural and thermo-mechanical simulations for optical transceiver products. Develop finite element models, identify structural risks, optimize designs, correlate simulations with shock, drop, vibration, and thermal testing, and support qualification and root-cause analysis. Collaborate with mechanical, thermal, optics, electronics, and reliability teams while developing FEA methodologies, automation workflows, reusable templates, and design guidelines for product reliability from concept through production.

Owns the lifecycle, governance, availability, security, and continuous improvement of Nokia’s internet and intranet web services. Responsibilities include platform monitoring, incident and outage management, deployment validation, vendor and SLA governance, SharePoint and Viva Engage oversight, compliance coordination, stakeholder communication, and roadmap development. The role supports digital transformation, automation, modern web architectures, content platform evolution, and consistent user experiences across global communication channels.

Design, develop, and operate cloud-hosted e-commerce applications across backend and frontend stacks. Build Node.js services, REST APIs, React.js storefronts, micro frontends, and data solutions using MySQL, NoSQL, Redis, and Memcached. Use people data to assess succession strength, capability gaps, and development progress. Simplify talent tools and guidance while promoting inclusive, consistent decision-making and supporting leadership pipeline development across a global matrix organization.

Design mechanical packaging and architectures for high-density optical transceiver modules, including OSFP and QSFP-DD form factors. Collaborate with optics, electronics, thermal, suppliers, and manufacturing teams from concept through production. Lead DFM, cost optimization, qualification, validation, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with MSA standards and customer requirements while supporting precision manufacturing and product delivery.
