The R&D Engineer will provide consultation on semiconductor test systems, resolve testing issues, develop solutions, and coordinate with R&D and customer teams while leading productivity improvement projects.

Lead a post-sales team to ensure customer satisfaction by providing after-sales support for automated test equipment and identifying solutions to improve production efficiency and hardware debugging.

Lead development of iJTAG (IEEE 1687) based test solutions and DFT methodologies (scan, BIST, hierarchical access). Build AI/ML features for pattern compaction, failure prediction, and root-cause analysis. Develop scalable automation frameworks in Python/C++ and streamline workflows using Tcl/Perl/Shell. Create APIs and pipelines for large-scale ingestion of ATE logs and STIL/WGL patterns, and produce data processing and visualization dashboards.
