Develop and support enterprise mainframe applications for equity compensation products. Translate business and technical requirements into sustainable solutions, analyze and resolve complex production issues, perform unit testing, and collaborate with stakeholders in an Agile environment. The role requires hands-on COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, CICS, and MVS experience, plus participation in modernization initiatives and exposure to AI tools. Knowledge of Java, J2EE, Spring, Spring Boot, APIs, and web services is advantageous.

Leads design, development, enhancement, support, and modernization of enterprise mainframe applications supporting equity compensation products. Provides hands-on technical leadership across COBOL, JCL, DB2, CICS, and related technologies; translates business requirements into solutions; resolves production issues; ensures quality, security, performance, and compliance; mentors developers; manages stakeholders; and drives Agile delivery, automation, innovation, and modernization initiatives.
