Ensures US GAAP, local GAAP, SOX, and internal-control compliance; supports SAP implementation and stabilization. Oversees tax reporting, BPO partners, controllership transitions, process improvements, and financial reporting. Partners with business stakeholders and auditors while leading projects and resolving accounting or systems issues.

Manages inbound and outbound logistics operations in India, including transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, inventory, dangerous goods, ISO tanks, and cylinders. Oversees logistics service providers, monitors delivery and cost performance, supports third-party warehouse and tolling projects, and develops scalable logistics solutions. Ensures compliance with Indian regulations, including PESO requirements, while driving network optimization, continuous improvement, documentation, and cross-functional regional logistics initiatives.
