Develops and improves aerospace manufacturing processes for aircraft battery assemblies, electrical integration, and wire harnesses. Responsibilities include DFM/DFA support, routing strategies, tooling validation, SOP and manufacturing instruction creation, MBOM and quality documentation, shop-floor troubleshooting, harness testing, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement across prototype and serial production.

Coordinates aerospace R&D and engineering projects throughout the New Product Development lifecycle. Responsibilities include maintaining project documentation, tracking schedules, coordinating multidisciplinary technical, financial, and regulatory teams, monitoring progress, reporting, managing NPD risks, improving project management processes, and implementing configuration management.
