Senior Guidewire PolicyCenter Rating Developer responsible for PolicyCenter configuration and rating across multiple lines of business. Implement Policy transactions, product modeling, quoting, rating, reinsurance, forms, and policy revisioning using Gosu and PolicyCenter configuration artifacts. Work with SDLC/Agile practices, integrate with app servers and databases, and mentor team members while coordinating onsite-offshore delivery.

Design, operate, and automate highly available, scalable systems using SRE best practices. Implement SLI/SLO/error budgets, monitoring/observability, performance testing, CI/CD and IaC. Implement and support reconciliation platform conversions and data migrations for trading and asset services. Perform data mapping, validation, reconciliation, system integration testing/UAT, environment setup (DEV/SIT/UAT/PROD/DR), troubleshooting, performance tuning, and develop conversion plans and test strategies.

Design, develop, and deliver Guidewire integrations (PC/BC/CC) using Integration Gateway, ESB, SOAP/REST, messaging, and GUnit. Configure Guidewire (Gosu, rules, data model, PCF, workflow), collaborate onsite/offshore, mentor team members, and apply enterprise design patterns across the full SDLC in an Agile environment within the insurance domain.
