Manage shipping of engineering spares and small project shipments for aftermarket mining: prepare and verify shipping documentation, coordinate packing/transport, handle customs and LC shipments, negotiate freight, liaise with stakeholders and freight forwarders, ensure regulatory compliance (VGM, DG, permits), support MIS reporting, and monitor on-time delivery and cost-savings initiatives.

Source and qualify global suppliers, manage supplier relationships and KPIs, support NPI, lead value-engineering workshops, and mitigate supply chain risks related to commodities, geopolitics, and logistics. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, quality, operations, and product management.

Provide engineering validation and technical support for spare parts and modernization of flotation, thickening and filtration equipment. Create and modify CAD designs (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), manage design files/PLM, resolve shop and customer queries, develop spare parts lists, and ensure designs meet standards and manufacturability.

The Demand Planning & SIOP Leader oversees global demand planning and SIOP processes, optimizing forecast accuracy, aligning production with sales, and driving operational excellence within the mining capital equipment sector.

Prepare detailed technical proposals for downstream gold and mineral processing equipment: equipment selection/sizing, BOMs, tender reviews, costing, and coordination with sales, engineering, procurement and global teams. Attend technical meetings and travel for client discussions and short-term global deputations.

Lead mechanical design and product engineering for screening and centrifuge equipment. Manage multiple projects, ensure design integrity, collaborate across disciplines, deliver to scope/schedule/budget, approve 3D models and drawings, support manufacturing/installation/troubleshooting, drive standardization and R&D initiatives, and travel to sites and regional offices as needed.

The Design Engineer will create and optimize designs for trommel systems, using SolidWorks and ANSYS for structural analysis, while collaborating with various teams to ensure manufacturability and performance.
