Responsible for financial reporting, product cost data, inventory valuation, manufacturing performance analysis, variance analysis, labor and overhead rate calculations, and audit support at a manufacturing facility. The role supports product line performance analysis and ad hoc financial projects while maintaining accurate material, labor, subcontract, and overhead costing records.

Designs and improves electronics assembly processes, transfers new products into mass production, prepares manufacturing documentation, analyzes PCBA failures, supports qualification and troubleshooting, develops automation and fixtures, trains operators on ESD and digital setups, and drives continuous improvement. The role requires electronics manufacturing expertise, SMT and PCBA knowledge, circuit debugging, embedded systems, communication protocols, electrical testing, failure analysis, NPI, and cross-functional collaboration.
