Manage lifecycle, requirements, configuration, and roadmap for Control Engineering solutions. Translate market and engineering needs into product requirement specifications, drive implementation of new technologies, prioritize platform improvements, lead modular solution development, support tenders/projects with guidance and knowledge transfer, and ensure regulatory compliance and continuous improvement across global control teams.

Designs and develops control and protection systems for power electronic converter projects using MATLAB Simulink and PEC/MACH platforms. Responsibilities include closed-loop control development, converter simulations, real-time and hardware verification, secured network architecture, stakeholder and supplier coordination, FAT/SAT participation, commissioning support, and customer service assistance. Frequent collaboration across locations and travel to domestic and international sites may be required.

Prepare layouts, grounding and lightning designs, cable routings, clearances, bills of materials, RFQs, and equipment data verification. Evaluate vendor offers, support FAT/SAT activities, assess technical risks, coordinate with cross-functional and international teams, and ensure compliance with standards, quality systems, safety, and customer requirements.

Support sales and tendering by producing primary engineering documents and drawings for GIS substations (>66kV). Prepare SLD, GIS layout, cable tray, earthing, assembly overviews, perform system and cable calculations, generate BOM and cost estimates, review documentation, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver optimized, customer-specific solutions.

Leads complex electrical infrastructure projects from contract receipt through planning, procurement, production, shipment, site installation, testing, commissioning, billing, handover, and commercial closure. Coordinates engineering, supply chain, factories, vendors, customers, and site stakeholders while managing schedules, costs, quality, risks, resources, scope changes, and project documentation. Coaches junior professionals and manages customer expectations across diverse geographies.

Leads primary engineering for AIS and GIS substation projects and tenders. Prepares layouts, grounding and lightning designs, cable routings, clearance drawings, bills of materials, RFQs, and equipment data verification. Evaluates vendor offers, supports FAT/SAT activities, estimates engineering hours, assesses technical risks, maintains project documentation, and coordinates with engineering, project management, procurement, civil, structural, customers, and consultants. Requires independent execution of complex engineering assignments using international standards and CAD/BIM tools.

Lead engineering authority for substation and eBoP projects/tenders. Drive technical solutions, perform equipment sizing and risk mitigation, coordinate across engineering disciplines, stakeholders, suppliers and customers, control engineering costs, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and contractual requirements.

Supports global product managers with governance reviews, proposal workflows, roadmap execution, stage-gate coordination, and milestone tracking. Maintains product documentation, marketing collateral, training assets, repositories, access permissions, and version controls. Develops reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking while driving process improvements, data quality, stakeholder alignment, and timely action closure across product management activities.
