Responsibilities include optimizing tester productivity and yield, maintaining and calibrating RF test equipment, managing changeovers and installations, troubleshooting RF filters and TRX PCBA issues, supporting spare parts planning, preparing performance reports, and mentoring shift engineers. The role also supports new product introduction, mass production readiness, global team collaboration, and continuous improvement initiatives.
