Monitor SLA/KPIs, track issues and trends, prepare management and escalation reports, collaborate on process improvements, handle client/stakeholder escalations, optimize system and process performance, and provide system access administration.

Support Offshore Employee Health & Benefits operations by developing and training SOPs, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, managing projects and SLAs/KPIs, analyzing feedback and ad-hoc reporting, coordinating vendors and teams, and driving continuous process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.

Provide prompt, courteous service to business insurance clients by processing policy changes, rating, and accurate client data entry. Collaborate with team members to meet service needs and support day-to-day account administration for commercial insurance clients.

Manage client relationships and drive growth by providing coverage analysis, negotiating with carriers, and mentoring Client Service Associates.
