Own a portfolio of customers to drive expansion and retention. Lead customer-facing design workshops, architect and implement integrations and migrations, build solutions using REST APIs, webhooks, SSO/SAML and iPaaS tools, draft SOWs, and collaborate with product and engineering to deliver scalable implementations.

The BDR will identify decision-makers within mid-market companies, engage them using various outreach methods, and schedule meetings for Account Executives. They will customize messaging, collaborate with AEs, meet targets, and maintain CRM updates.

Design and implement advanced front-end features including real-time collaboration, live document editing, spreadsheet-like experiences, Kanban views, and reusable UI components. Work closely with a small engineering team to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces, optimize browser features, and demo progress weekly.

Lead customer-facing SaaS implementations and onboarding, design and deliver custom REST API integrations, troubleshoot complex technical issues, communicate clearly with stakeholders, and drive long-term customer success.

Lead post-sale customer onboarding and implementations, build executive relationships, manage multiple projects to on-time/on-budget delivery, drive process improvements and adoption using PSA tools, provide data-driven engagement insights, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to ensure retention and expansion.
