Prepare technical and commercial quotations for Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) RFQs; define cost-effective configurations, datasheets, deviations and clarifications; collaborate with sales support, product and service teams; follow Hitachi Energy procedures; support offer follow-up and compliance with regulations.

Support standardization, specification review, and implementation of transformer accessories and components. Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, and quality teams to define requirements, validate drawings and documents, identify technical risks, and drive mitigation. Serve as subject matter expert, present findings, support knowledge transfer, and contribute to process improvements while ensuring compliance with international standards and safety practices.

The Business Process Specialist will map, document, and optimize business processes, ensuring compliance and supporting process improvements. Responsibilities include collaboration with teams, data analysis, and training on new processes.
